I Have Pro Tools 11 And I Just Updated My IMac To OS X 10.11.2 And Since Then When I Load My Pro Tools It Says the current playback engine does not support the sample rate of 48kHz. And If I Start A New Session It Says I Do Not Have Any Input Or Output Sound Devices Set But Everything Has Been Left The Same I'm Using A M Audio Fast Track Interface Can Someone Please Help Me!

Try trashing all the pro tools prefs.
User/lib/preferences/avid.
You may also need to check for driver updates for your Fast Track.

Make sure your interface is compatible with ElCapitan and that you have the proper drivers for it installed. Also make sure your interface is turned on when you start the computer. Finally hold down the 'n' key on the computer keyboard when starting PT and you can select the audio interface of your choice. When PT says 'the current playback engine does not support the sample rate of 48 KHz' it's not seeing your regular interface. Happens to me once in a while when my iMac doesn't see the 11 Rack interface I use even though it's turned on when starting the computer.
