PTLE will not load

Anybody else having issues with PTLE since installing Apple Pro Apps update? PTLE will not load now - bouncing icon that eventually stops, but nothing else - no splash screen screen or dialogues. The update is the only thing I can think of that has changed since it was working perfectly this morning.
