Pro tools asking for activation after renewal

Aaand... it is happening again :-( I paid my yearly subscription (before expiration, of course) and now Pro tools won't start asking to activate. Falcon is gone, too. Can't find a way to fix it. It has to be simple - take the money, make the thing work! I opened a case, but I can't use Pro tools until fixed. It will take days - based on my previous experience. Any ideas - can I do something on my side?

I have exactly the same problem, renewed my sub today 27/3, made sure it was the correct one I was renewing and Falcon is gone. (It wasn't even showing in my account before I renewed my subs). This happened to me last year to, but when it asked to activate Pro Tools, an iLok page came up and gave me the option to activate Ultimate, which I duly did and Pro Tools now works. But it seems to have "upgraded" itself to the ultimate version. Avids renewal system seems to be the most confusing one I've ever encountered.

For Windows users who need to move the “.ufs” files to a separate Samples drive, UVI initially default installs the SoundBanks here:
C:\Program Files\UltimateSoundBank\UVISoundBanks


After reading this Thread, I asked UVI:

Can Pro Tools Subscribers with a current Subscription Plan
or Pro Tools Subscribers with an expired Subscription Plan
also purchase the “Pro Tools - Falcon AAX Crossgrade” from here:
