Hi to all and thanks to those who can help.
Recorded a session on hd 7.4 and cant open it on pt 7.0 le. Get a document to new error message.
But i can open these sessions in pt8 le on my pc, my hd system is on a mac but have no problems opening on my pt le pc do this all the time. The client has mac with pt 7.0.

Try opening the session(on the system that WILL open it) and go SAVE AS, and save it as a version 6.x, which should open fine on a 7.0 system(check the box for Enforce PC/Mac compatibiltiy if it is shown).

Thanks for the reply albee. I have done a (save copy in) have not been able to try and load on client mac yet will post result.I used to do this in the past to go fom 7.x to 6.x but would have assumed no need between 8 and 7.
Such is life not that hard to do just seems a bit odd.
