Music Production Toolkit at plugin.com download?

Hello there,

i have found an online store on plugin.com They sell the Music Production Toolkit for 445$ and they ship it via digital delivery (download).

Hmmm ... does anybody know anything about them? Is that legal (looks legal for my opinion)? Does Dididesign tolerate digital dilivery of the MPT? Do i get in trouble for further updates from Digi? I am a registered user for Mbox 2, PTLE7 + 7.1 update, some iLok Plugs.
Any experiences oder recommendations?
