Editing Sequences
Hi, I am new here. I have the old Mac g4 with the rack Digi 001 - Protools LE. I also have a Mac Book which I want to be able to edit my songs, etc. The problem is I do not have MBox or Protools installed on the laptop - but i want to be able to edit songs, etc. I just wanted to see what people were using on their laptops to work with the wavs and sequences recorded in Protools on another system? Some people have suggested Reason. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Re: Editing Sequences
Mbox2 Mini + PTv8 = $300
Mbox2 +PTv8 =$450 Reason=$400 (no interface) It really depends on what you expect to be able to do.. Reason, to the best of my knowledge, does not record audio. It is, essentially, a very complete, complex MIDI instrument. The samplers might let you work with audio, though.. What are the specs on your MacBook?
