Re: Support Plan active + current, System ID not found
The latest update:
System ID issues seem to be resolved. The initial case that uncovered the System ID issue is not resolved. We're now 10 days since I submitted the ticket. No email responses at all. Got a phone call from a tech last night at 6:30pm, without any prior notice, so I wasn't available to troubleshoot, just spoke to the tech for a moment and agreed that he'd call me back today. Have not received a phone call back today. I don't mean to be difficult, but I paid $400 for the support plan. I just want the support I've already paid for, in the timeframe that it's supposed to happen in. |
