trouble instaling mp3 option on 5.1

I am having trouble instaling the mp3 option on my 5.1 system. I installed the system long ago and the mp3 was a 30 day trial period. I have purchased the mp3 option but when I select bounce to disk (as per digi install instructions) the dialouge box comes up with trial period expired. I have looked at the original pro tools install disk and there is no mp3 install on the disk (also per digi instructions)
Any suggestions?

I went through that dance with a later version - maybe the fix is the same..?

I had to use the original install disk to Uninstall Pro Tools then reinstall it. (When you run the installer you are given some checkbox options and the mp3 Option is among them) When next I went to use the mp3 function I was then able to input the Response (from the email I received when I purchased it) and thereby reauthorize the mp3 Option. If you've lost the email you can still get your authorization response by looking at your account in the Digi Store online. The response code begins with "CUBS" HTH
