PCI ProjctSystm plays back too fast, varies

I have a PwrTwr Pro 200 running a ProTools project system synching two ADATs w/an 882. When I play back audio synching the ADATs it runs initially about 3 seconds fast per minute. After a while, the speed starts to accelerate. My sample rates are correctly set, and wrong sample rates wouldn't explain the speed accelerating anyway. Digidesign took in my ADAT Interface and ran diagnostics on it for two hours and have declared it healthy. I'm running MacOS 8.0 and PT 4.0.1. Has anyone seen such a thing? I'm frustrated.
