7.0 update problem ....no setup file

I'm running Windows XP and Protools 6.7
with the digi 002. I purchased the 7.0 update
on cd ............but when I try to upgrade
there is no setup file .exe
Help please...................anyone?
What am I doing wrong here or am I?
