mbox 2 doesn't plays // pro tool freezed

ciao to everyone,

I installed pro tools softwares.
when I launch it, it 's stop to loading "structure" and freezed.
I try to reinstall and launch it again, but I receive the same result.

now mbox 2 works.

I'm not able to launch pro tool it stops while loading the menu structure.

I followed the customer care suggestions without any positive result.

follow these steps to edit the Registry file:
1. click on the Windows "Start" button, choose “Run...”
2. in the "Run" window, type “regedit”, then click OK
3. in the left hand side of the Registry Editor window, browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings
4. click on the words "Internet Settings"
5. right-click on the empty space in the right hand side of Registry Editor window and choose New > "DWORD Value"
6. name the newly created DWORD "AllowCookies" and press Enter on the PC keyboard to confirm
7. double-click on the "AllowCookies" DWORD and enter "1" in the "Value Data" field, then click "OK"
8. close the "Registry Editor" window

Now try launching Pro Tools again; it should launch successfully
