Tips for buying a 2nd used 11R
Fellow locally is selling used 11R at fair price without Pro Tools.
Serial Number: Dfdkb33800373b Did the "D" series have issues? Since I own ProTools and an 11R already, will I be able to transfer ownership of the used one to me without the Pro Tools disks that came with the used unit? It has the latest firmware and Expansion pack installed.

You should be able to transfer ownership if you want, but since it's a used unit it doesn't really do anything for you unless there is some warranty left on the unit.

If my original 11R were to die for some reason, and I swapped it with the used one, would it work with my PT?

I got another one also, recently!!!! Wonderful units and now I don't have to take it out of my room/rack anymore!!!
