12.5 installed and now hanging on the loading window

This is on Windows 10 with a Fast Track C400. It doesn't get past the initial stage, see the pic:

At first I installed it over 12.4. Then when I got this problem I did a complete re-install, except for plug-ins, including the stock ones.

Any help would be appreciated...

Have you deleted all preferences? Have you tried holding the SHIFT key down when opening the session? If you haven't check out Trasher 12 on the DUC here. It has some nice features that make this process of deleting preferences, plug-in database, etc... you can also back up and restore these things as well.

Check the Fast Track C400...on my machine Win 10 RESET it to 2048 on install and PT hung on first launch. I reset my Presonus AudioBox back to the original 64 and PT launched fine.

As usual...YMMV.
