Default Saving and Exporting PT LE5.2.1 Video Files

I've imported a .mov file into ProTools to score a short film. For some reason, ProTools is not creating a Video Folder (as I'm sure it has in the past)- nor will it allow me save the "bounce to movie" function as a quicktime file. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong? PLEASE?
Thanks.
H.
