888 and 882

i am currently running an 888 off of 1 mix core card. i need more inputs but don't want to buy another 888 or card. im thinking of getting an 882 but i'm not sure if i can hook it up without getting another card. can an 882 be chained to an 888. any info would be great

You need a Y split cable which will let you connect the 888 and 882 to the one farm card. You will of course still need another standard digi lead from 882 to farm.
