Anyone had CleanMyMac app ruin iLok/Avid Link ability to activate licenses?

So I stupidly downloaded CleanMyMac and by running the program, now iLok and Avid Link are not able to activate either of my PT Studio licenses...

Anyone gone through this? I imagine only fix will be a complete reinstall of OS including deletion of all files, etc.

Mac Mini M2
Sonoma 14.3
Apollo Twin X
Pro Tools 2023.12.1 Studio
