Default Subscription Refund

Hi,
I have a perpetual Pro Tools Studio license which I planned not to renew this year. The cash has been taken from my account today without an email warning that this was going to happen. How can have the money returned into my account?

Hi dns,

I checked your account but I don't see any other active entitlement or plan. What I can see here is your Pro Tools Studio perpetual license with an expired plan last December 12, 2023.

Can you DM me the system id that you're referring to where you were charged?
