Default stop the motorized faders for good

Is there any way to stop the motorized faders without reaching for the "FADERS MUTE" button on the 002?

Since I only use the mouse when mixing, I don't need the hardware out in the open anymore. But I can't hide it in a closet either, because I'm always dependent on reaching for the "fader mute" button each time I open a session.

anybody ?

HI,

How about removing the Controller Profile from the DIGI app folder or
disabling it in the Setup->Peripherals->Midi Controllers Menu.

tried, didn't work.

ProtoolsLE won't start up without the controllers/Digi 002 file, and unfortuenetly, there's no option to disable the 002 in the peripherals in ProToolsLE

Maybe you could sell your 002 and get a 002rack. Then you'd probably have some extra $$ to spend on other things.

Somewhere in Preferences(I think) there is a check box to disable the faders for "silent mixing".
