Happened to me last week as well. 7 of 16 Ultimate Perpetual Annual Support Plans I applied caused existing licenses to be revoked from iLoks with no warning. Some of these were in session at the time.
It took 3 or 4 hours to sort out, with the help of support, as the new licenses that were deposited on our iLok account also had the wrong expiry date.
All fine now, but was a bit traumatic at the time.

Hi Richard Barrie - We sincerely apologize about that, but if you can DM me the case number or iLok id I can check and report this to our devs so we can somehow avoid this unpleasant experience in the future.
