Default My posts about ELEVEN License as well as comments removed?

I recently posted issues I have had and commented on posts regarding this issue and I see they have all been removed?

Basically I purchased a subscription to PT and ELEVEN was included. Now I am being told that the promotion on ELEVEN has expired? There was no mention of this when I first subscribed. It is still listed under "Additional Value Content with your software" in my Accounts page?

I feel cheated and misled. It should have been clearly listed that there was a promotion. Now I am just being told, "tough luck", "deal with it" ?!?

I am truly disappointed AVID. I had real high hopes when I trusted the brand to be part of my business and that I could count on honest reliable service that professionals rely on.

Nope. Those were previous months. I had a recurring problem every month. Until last month I was given the information that it was promotional.

That might have been "a" reason as the answers are personal and if you posted several threads could also be a reason. The forum says only one thread per issue and cross posting on several threads with the same content is also just screwing up the follow thru but I will send this to Avid.

Still need the exact question so we can help better.

I basically quoted my thread of my post in another thread where a user had the same issue.
Strange why both would be deleted, even the original users post?

Lets move on from that and help you with he problem. This is not an Avid support forum, its a peer to peer user forum where users help eachother with PT and hardware so it is not the place to seek support for these issues.

If the Eleven plugin sshould have been delivered then I would suggest to start a support case free from you Avid Account as it needs a case number anyway.

What has happened to the Eleven plugin issue and what do you feel have been done wrongfully here?

Purchased an annual subscription, paid monthly, in January. ELEVEN was part of that plan. I started relying on it quite a lot since I started using it.
After continually having problem with a license not deposited into my account, I was eventually told that it was part of a promotion that expired and I am no longer eligible to use it.

When I purchased my plan it was listed as additional value content included with my plan, and it still is listed on my accounts page. Nowhere was there any information that it was a promotion or any expiry date of said promotion. If it was still listed as part of the deal when I signed up for it, I feel it should have been stated that it was and should have remained valid for the duration of my subscription.

Got it!

Escalating this now. Sorry for this and I truly hope it will be a quick turnaround with an explanation of what happened from Avid.
