Default Can you record the audio/tones of plugins so you can reduce the amount you are using?

I keep having a cpu error and I want to print/record all of the tones generated by Xpand2, and some of the other plugins so I won't be running so many at once.

Excuse me if I'm not using the right terms. Im a fossil from the analog era.
