Default Clicking noise... Audio clock problem...

Hi!
I just upgraded my system to ASUS K8N-DL with 1x AMD Opteron 265. Its working but when I enter a session in pt7.0 I hear this randolmy clicking sound in my speakers coming from my Digi002R...
The system seems a bit slow and when I hit play the music starts but after a few secs these window comes up and the music stops:

"Audio processing is conflicting with other CPU tasks. If often reduce "H/W Buffer Size" That may help (-9129)

or

"Problem detected with audio clock. Check that your clock source and sample rate are correct" while the play button blinks and the 1394 LED on the Digi002R.

I also get this error window sometimes that says there is something conflicting with the FireWire and the 1394 LED blinks randomly on the Digi002R.
There must be something wrong with my firewire connection I think. Update or driver issue??

In the Mix window the Master Fader meter is all up green when nothing is playing.
When Im in the Import Audio window the random clicking sound stops and I can play the audio files from the player there with no issue exept that the green meter is a bit over the upper line (bug maybe).

Is this a normal error with AMD Opteron or K8n-DL. I dont know if I have the propper BIOS updates installed, could that be the case. If not, what else is causing this problem?

Thx for answers!!

Cheers,
Rob
