How High a Mac OS can be used with PT 6.9.2?

I'm totally stable with Mac OS 10.4.2.
Is that the last OS upgrade that works?

I am curious, and can't seem to find that kind of info in the compatibility charts/tables/docs.

6.9.2 was only ever qualified for 10.4 so your probably skating on thin ice at 10.4.2, that Pro Tools version was the first ever tiger compatible version of LE before 7.

Look, if I want to be scolded, I'll go hang out with fanboy gamers.
Some info shows that the plug-ins are happy up to 10.4.2.

It's not specific that the OS compatibility ends there.

I WAS RUNNING PT 6.9.2 ON OS 10.4.9 AND NOT A PROBLEM. HOPE THIS HELPS.

I worked with 6.9.2 on 10.4.6 for a couple of months, without any problem at all.

(Plug-ins included: Waves, URS, MX4, Mach5, Altiverb, MCDSP, Absynth, Pro53; all working without a glitch!)

I tried it out on my iMac G5 yesterday, which is on OS 10.4.11.
Worked fine for all kinds of stuff (importing, general edits, etc) over several trials. Then I attempted to bounce a file and had a complete kernel panic curtain-of-death drop.
wow.

I think I'll try again today, heh heh heh.
