ProControl & HD: New Shortcuts list?

Installed 5.3.1 w/HD and was wondering if there was a PDF of the new 'shortcuts', keystrokes that translate to ProControl. I need to know if there is a way directly from PC to create a new stereo AUX track. In 5.01, you just hit "option +" to scroll through the different types of trks. These are the things I would like to know.........
