Transferring session to a different PT system

Hi, I am working on PTF and I am wanting to save my session on a disk and transfer it to a different studio with PT LE to record some vocals.

I am new at this so I don't know exactly how to save it. Can I save it on a CD-R and bring that to the studio?

I would really appreciate someone's guidance on this.
