Default Write to all not working on Trim Volume ?

Hello !

I've found out that the 'Write to All Enabled' doesn't write the volume trim automation.
I've made a little video about it : the write to all enabled doesn't work but the write to current works.
https://vimeo.com/440627535?utm_sour...campaign=28749

So I'm guessing it is a bug ?

It happens in 2019 and 2020.5 so not even sure it has ever worked before ...

Maybe because the only parameters with automation enabled can be VOL, PAN, MUTE, S VOL, S PAN, S MUTE and no TRIM ? I always thought it was integrated in the VOL automation but I guess I was wrong.

Please help :)

Well, that's what Trim to All Enabled is good for I guess...

reading the manual it seems trim to all is to not overwrite a value. you choose a value then choosing trim to all is available for ALL parameters (not just trim volume) and it coalesces the value to the existing value

so not really what I'm looking for since I want to write the trim value from the in point of my selection to the out point of my selection (just like it does when 'trim to current')

Definitely does work with "write to current", but no, trim is treated differently in "write to all enabled". Probably not a bug, but honestly can't say if it's *always* worked like this.
