Setup Advice
Hi,
At the moment i am using a yamaha promix 01 witn a MBOX and midisport 4x4. But i use only 6 line inputs of the promix, Now i am thinking of buying a 002R to replace the MBOX and the Promix 01 and the midisport. So i can plug my 6 line (3 stereo synth outputs) directly in to the 002R and use the midi outs of it. Is this a good choice, or do i get sync / latency problems when i combine my midi devices with audio tracks in PT? Now i am using the zero latency monitoring option of the MBOX and it works fine. I use a Powermac G4 1.25 GHz with 768 MB internal memory and a seperate harddisk for recording. Maybe some of you have experience with the combination mentioned as above Best regards: Bas Meijer |

Re: Setup Advice
Go for it without further worries. The promix sounds horrible compared to the 002.
