Default templates

Hi all,
is this way of working with templates correct (it´s working, but) or is there a easier way?

"Pro Tools users on Windows XP can also create and use session templates, though the process is slightly different.

Simply create the session template and save it.

Then, close the session, find the session's icon and right-click on it.

Next, navigate down to Properties. In the Properties window, check the "Read Only" box.

Now, copy this file to a new folder, name it after the new project, and save it. uncheck the "Read Only" box before saving!.

Then, the next time you open the new session you can create your session as usual.

When you're done, save the session. Like this, all audio, fade, and other folder will be saved in the sessions folder."

the thing is, u need to have all data in the correct folder, so I guess thats the best way to handle it?

cheers, Andi

Once you have saved the new session, all subsequent data will be saved in that sessions folder. So you are good to go.
