Default AVID registration not linked to iLok ID

I have an iLok currently authorizing Pro Tools 9. I purchased an update to Pro Tools 10 as a download. I've filled out the registration online and downloaded all the files but I cannot find any way to get my registration information over to my iLok account.

Avid has not given me the code required to redeem at iLok.com nor sent the codes even though when I log in to my Avid account it has all my registration information. I cannot find a way to tell my AVID account what my iLok ID is.

Anyone know how I resolve this problem?
