ProTools Artist hangs on launch while scanning plugins

Hi there, I recently purchased a subscription to Pro Tools Artist. I have yet to get a successful launch. It hangs on most of the AAX plugins bundled with the product. So, one by one, I move the plugin it gets stuck on to the "unused" folder and try again. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get rid of the RectiFi plugin. I move it to the unused folder, and then when I relaunch, it magically reappears in my Plug-Ins folder. So, I am stuck in an infinite loop. Why is this happening? Please help.
