Sonoma and Fullscreen Video Window Bug

Got a new MacBook pre-loaded with Sonoma, and noticed (with PT 2023.9) an issue with the video window.

I've tested with a couple external displays with the laptop and when I put the video on the external display and set it to fullscreen, if you save and close and re-open the session, the video window reverts back to a 1/4-size floating window, instead of keeping the fullscreen view that it normally would.

Can anyone else confirm or posted a bug report yet?

I am on Monterey 12.6.3 with the same version of Pro Tools and am also experiencing this behavior. I get the spinning wheel sometimes on the external screen and have to mess with the settings until it stays.

I would love to know what is causing this!
