Default Best OS for 2018,7

I have a project coming up in a couple of weeks. I am going to be using a laptop that I really haven't used before for some onsite recording.

I have PT Studio perpetual up to 2018,7
I installed El Cap because it was the oldest supported for this version and the newest for one of the interfaces that I own (which I don't plan to use, just seemed good for a backup)

Anyway, it seems really stable but I am curious what experience others have had. Should I go to Sierra? High Sierra is supported but there were problems with later releases. Mojave is not supported but works fine on another Mac that won't go any lower.

Are there any OS version and PT version combinations to avoid? I don't mind rolling back to an older version of PT if I had to either.

All you have to do is Google Pro Tools Compatibility Chart:

Oh, I am fully aware of that chart. In fact I practically have it memorized for the versions I own or have owned.

I am fully within the supported range, I just was looking for any potential things to be aware of.

I don't even remember what bugs were going on with that version or what OS issues there may have been. Maybe someone will chime in. You could probably search thru the forums and get a good idea of what people were experiencing. I would imagine a lot of people have moved on from that version at this point.
