Default DAR Downmix levels for cinema playback

Curious as to how people are solving the following. My mix room is setup for 85db all round as per Atmos specs. When creating a down mix from the atmos master, be it 7.1 or 5.1, for playback in cinemas that have their surrounds calibrated at 82dB does the renderer allow for the 3dB drop in the surrounds. If not then surely I have to raise the surround channel levels within the 7.1/5.1 file by 3dB?
