Move Tempo Marks and Meter changes

Hello,

I'm working on a session that uses imported Tempo Maps and Meter Changes from a Logic session.

I'd like to know if it's possible to move all the tempo mapping "points" plus all the meter changes to a different location, without changing the audio in any way.

I know I could also drag the audio to sync with the imported tempo and meter points, but I'd prefer to do it the other way around.

I tried selecting the tempo change "points" and drag them around but I kept messing everything up. I simply want to move them all to the right by 8 bars and leave everything else untouched.

As for the meter marks I couldn't move them at all by dragging.

Can anyone tell me how or if it's possible to do this?

Use the "move song start" function in the event menu, and in the lower part of the window make sure you select No for sample based markers and tracks.

You can “cut” and “paste”. It works. Just make sure you cut on the grid. Usually I do it one bar before the event, and paste it one bar before where it has to go.

Drag the session start marker - assuming all tracks are in samples (vs ticks) mode, audio will not move.
