Default Crazy flashing lights on first 8 channel

Hi, I am using a C24 with 002LE mixer. Sometimes I find that all the lights and display ( strange code) on the first 8 channels on the C24 flash like crazy but don't effect the fader, my session or the sounds playback. I need to stop the playback on my protools session for the flashing lights to stop, and display to return back to normal.
I bought my C24 5 months ago .

If anyone knows what is causing this problem please can you give me some advice. Thanks

Hi,

Are you using both the c24 and the 002 as controllers for PT? this might be causing some confusion!!disable the 002 as a controller and try running the c24 as a controller on it's own, do the first 8 channels still flash? if yes then give Digi tech support a call and they will help diagnose the problem and fix if it is still under warranty.

But c24 do suffer from PSU problems and specifically bad connections on the power supply which do cause flashing light problems!

Chris
