Hi there,
I believe I'm having the same issue. I have the license for Pro Tools HD 9 on my account. Bought the Upgrade to HD 10/11 at Avid Online Store. Got the license on my account. Now when I try to activate/complete, it shows an error message saying that "One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account". Can anybody help me here? I have the same problem as someone early on everything seems fine but when I try to move the 11/10 bundle from my ilok available page to my ilok 2 it says Successful activation but is not on my ilok.
I am on Mac. I am in the process of upgrading to PTHDN 11 Here is where I am at so far I have upgraded my OSX to MT Lion 10.8.5 ( the only upgrade available now in my app store account ) I have downloaded and installed the new Ilok manager and everthing seems to be working fine in PTHD 10.3.2 . All my current plugins are in place and on my Ilok 2 they work in my sessions etc. I have downloaded the new PTHD 11/10 bundle but have not yet installed it on the computer (because I only have 6 G of RAM, 24 coming tuesday) and I have not yet uninstalled PTHD 10.3.2 The new license bundle (PTHD 11/10) is showing in my ilok account BUT when I went to drag and drop it to my ilok it went thru the procedure ( i.e. window asking if I wanted to activate) click yes the progress bar starts to go across but stops 1/2 way, then a window pops up says "activation successful" BUT the new licenses are not on the ilok, the old ones still are . NOTE I only 55 licences my ilok is showing 14% capaticity used #1 NOTE no window asking to surrender old license or anything like that. So Question #1 since the Avid info says the "the new licenses will replace the old " Additional Notes: All Pro Tools 11 licenses are a single "bundled" license that includes both Pro Tools 11 and 10 licenses. When you activate your upgrade to Pro Tools 11, it will replace your Pro Tools 10 license with the Pro Tools 11 and 10 bundle license." I assumed I did not have to manually deactivate or remove the old PT license is this correct or not? Question #2 or is the reason I can't put the new PTHD 11/10 license on the ilok, is the software in not yet installed on my computer? Or is there now something wrong with my ilok account , Thanks , Kevin

Bump .....can any one from Avid confirm If have to install PTHD 11/10 on my computer first before I can move them from my ilok account to my ilok or is there something wrong with my ilok account, thanks Kevin

OK got it transferred I had to sync/repair my iolk
