Default Getting a 6th insert on the master fader

I have 5 inserts on my master fader and I would like a 6th. What would be the best way to route this?

Thanks

Master faders represent outputs with post fader inserts.
•Re - routing to master - Aux's would give you expandability here.
•Or, if you have a patch bay and you could re-route that master out (Not a clean solution unless you out of the box mixing).
•Re-Think your plug-in needs (Audio vs. visual).

If your AB testing you could use different Master fader sets then just assign you monitoring outs to master you need to listen to.

What I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around is how to route it? The master has no input and I've got the input and output on the Aux channel. How would I go about getting it routed before the master? Thanks!!! My brain is not working today, it hurts to think.

you need to create an aux w/ it's input as say bus 7-8...
then instead of the output of each track being assigned to say interface 1-2
you switch them all to output bus 7-8.
now all the tracks that you've switched will play out of the aux. You'll have access to all the inserts.
if you have the output of the aux selected to interface 1-2 the it will also go into the master fader.

Reassigning all the tracks through the Aux channel is so obvious, thank you. I don't know why I was making it so difficult. In my mind there was some special way of doing it. Sure appreciate your help.
