Good idea.
I just installed Link to see if I get the same thing but not experiencing it over here on W10.
Maybe re-installing or the repair option might work.

Also restarting Windows Explorer is a better place to start than dealing with the registry.

Keep getting this error when opening a session, any ideas?

2023.9 HDX/Monterey - after committing any track or bouncing a mix, the entire song goes out of time - like delay compensation got wacked out. close and reopen the session and everything's fine again. rolling back to 2023.6 fixed the issue.

avid has confirmed the bug (through tech support ticket) but issued no fix as of yet.

I've installed version 2023.6 (including Avid Link) and there is no missing app icon in the system tray. As for what is the missing tray icon in version 2023.9 I don't know. All I know is that it is started when Avid Link runs at Windows Startup. Could it be an app icon for the new Sketch?

Confirming that the Melodyne ARA bug is still active in 2023.9. That is, after saving a session with ARA edits, these edits might be reported as lost when you reopen the session.

The MOST annoying of all the bugs is still present - if you are doing anything (especially moving or instantiating a plugin) when PT autosaves it's an immediate crash to desktop, no error message.

Yeah. I would love it if they could start getting in the habit of more stability/maintenance updates. The last 4 or 5 updates have all looked great on a press release, but each one has issues with some core functionality being broken.

To support the kind of sustained development you're talking about I think you'd have to pay a yearly license fee or even go subscription.

Almost everyone here pays either a yearly license fee, or a subscription. So your point is...?
