Default Which version should I buy Full or Upgrade?

Hello.

I'd like to know what is the difference between the full version of ProTools 9 and the Crossgrade/upgrade version regarding installation process.

I've been recording with my Motu 828MKIII with Reaper and mixing with my Original MBox with Protools 7. I'd like to be able to record and mix with my Motu interface with ProTools 9. Which version should I buy, the full version $599 or the upgrade $249 ? I don't have an iLok. Can I install the upgrade version in a new computer or I should have ProTools LE installed before atempting to install the upgrade?

Please this is very important because I'm confused about which is the right PT version I have to buy.

Thank a lot

Ed.
