Default Syncing loops to the host tempo within Kontakt?

Hi,

Can some explain the easiest way to sync a loop to the host tempo within Kontakt? I've been using the beat machine - slicing, mapping, and programming. But how can I sync an existing loop? I was told through time machine II, but I can't figure it out. Please help. Thanks.

~Henry
