Default Syncing a PC as a separate VST host

Using a Digi002, I'm currently running PT LE 7.4 on a Mac PPC G5 dual 2.0Ghz, 3GB RAM
I'm told this Mac should be enough to run Kontakt 3, and PT LE.

I have a PC (P4 2.4Ghz) which could feasibly run Kontakt 3. Just wondering what you (and others) have found to be a stable, efficient way to sync the two computers...

Thanks for any and all input
