Install question
I bought Pro tool8 a while back and have been using it with my PC. I have recently purchased a MAC. The Pro tools disk came with a Mac version as well.
If I install the Mac version on my Mac, will it need the hardware dongle? Because the PC version needs the hardware dongle so i won't be able to use it, unless i take it out of my PC, which I would rather not do. Thank-you |

You may want to check the compatibility or your Pro Tools 8 with the operating system of your Mac here before you install your Pro Tools 8 Sparky |

If on the other hand you're talking about PT HD, then the license is on the iLok dongle which you need to move to the computer you're using.
