Default HELP! DAE -9060 -9031 errors(sandra)

I never had these errors come up before which is really weird right now. This seems to happen whenever I edit a track or add a fade. Please help this is messing up my work flow. I have tried trashing my preferences and reinstalling still no go.

That's indeed strange.

What comes to my mind is:

- check whether your audio hard disk is fragmented
if yes, copy your sessions to a safe place format the drive and copy back

- otherwise try the usual things, disable network and internal audio and
possibly check your interface connections USB or Firewire

Do you have virus protection enabled? Do you possibly have compression enabled for the audio files used in the session, or to the folder where your fade files are being written? Do you possibly have illegal characters in the drive, folder or files names for anything used in the session?

Tried it all, the problem seem to persist regardless. I notice one thing though, the error is happening in sessions I never EVER saw it in. It's like a virus.

Virus Protection was enabled, disabling it seem to have not made a different. Compression is disabled for my audio drive. There are no legal characters. This all seems to have started after I was sent this session to mix. I thought it was the session and open another, same issue. The problem seem to have spread. Any reason why? should I record a video of this? Its hugely messing up my work flow..

Check if your hard drive is ok (HDtune).
Otherwise I would re-install PT.

Well just did a check, the hard drive is fine and works perfectly on my desktop. Already tried the reinstall.

Ramon, do you not have a system drive clone or image that you can refer to? Usually that will cure all evils.

Every session I open I keep getting this error when I do a create a fade on a track and sometimes it keeps looping the errors..its really annoying no one have any way to fix it? and what does the error suggest? I'm on tour so you must understand how crucial this is to me.
