the problem about free upgrade to PT10

Hello,

I am a user from hong kong, I have just bought the pro tools 9 + mini Mbox on 14-3-2012 on tsang fook music store hong kong, and have already registered on 23-3-2012

And the store staff and avid official site both told me I can have a free upgrade to PT 10

but, I have still not recieved any email about the upgrade.

have anyone face this before?

Same problem with me. I purchased the MBox 3 with PT 9 on April 3. Did all the registering, got one email from them but nothing with a link to the upgrade. Very frustrating.

I wrote to customer service and they sent me everything I needed for the free upgrade with complete steps to do. But you might want to read some of the forum entries about removing version 9 before installing 10

Same problems here, i have installed everything and did all the registering but still i have no mail received about the free license to Pro Tools 10.
