Default Synching to Video using BRC or PPS2

HI,
I'll be getting my ProTools 24 in a couple of weeks when it arrives locally and I'd like to know the various options available in order to sync the system to LTC.
I do post audio for films primarily adn in my last system, ( Spectral STXP ) I synced the system to my Betacam ( LTC in audio track )eith the system running as slave.
I have an ADAT BRC and a JL Cooper PPS2 sycnhronizer. Can I use either of this units as a likn between ProTools to my Betacam ? I'll be getting the ADAT bridge initially.
Thanx for any suggestions or answers
