pt9 on win 7 32 bit skipping noises during playback
pt9, win7 32bit, motu hd192 interface,buffer on interface 1028, playback engine in pt9 set 1028, i7 4core 2.8ghz, 4gigs ram. wraptor hd 10,000 rpm....When i playback audio i get like a skipping noise, and with the performance window open processor aprox 12% hd aprox 3% i will get a spike in the processor meter when the noise happens. I have tried setting different cores with 99%, 95%, 90%, 85%, bigger cash,smaller cash, nothing seems to help.. I also made the win7 tweaks like avid wants....Help new to
pt9 would like to get this fixed. hope its an easy setting and or tweak..... thank you all.. |

I'm having issues with static on mixes with a lot of plug ins on Pro Tools 9. |

Is that a physically separate hard drive you're recording to, I hope?
