Default installing cubase sx 3 on a pro tools rig - any conflicts ?

i have a pc amd quadcore with protools le 7.1 and a 002R.

i want to install cubase sx3 on the same machine.

will i get conflicts on plug ins issues or other issues ?

will cubase sx work with the 002R interface ?

what should i expect ?

any comment will be appriciated.
