Midi Track height problem

Sometimes when I adjust the lenght view in Pro Tools I accidentally hit the height view. When this happens, some Midi tracks go larger while others don't. After a few times some tracks appear HUGE while others are tiny. Is there any way to get all tracks back to the same view height?

Press the little button just below the one that makes them bigger and they'll get smaller........or you can adjust their height individually on the tracks themselves

Which button makes the individual tracks make the midi notes appear larger or smaller? Not the size of the track view, but the actual size of the midi notes themselves.
