Default Input coming through one side

How do I get a tracks input to come through the left and the right. I have 2 mics hooked up right now, and one is coming through the right, and one through the left in my headphones, and i need vocals through both ears not just one. I'm guessing it has to do with the I/O setup but I'm not sure how.

How do you have the track set up? (Is it a stereo track?)
Are you recording two separate sources with each mic? Or are you trying to record one source with two mics to produce a stereo field?

Please give specifics.

I have one mic setup recording an acoustic guitar, and another recording at the same time as I sing.

Where do you have the headphones plugged in?

And where is the panning control set for each track (should be centered).

You have to set the output of the monotracks to "Analog 1-2".

it already is. One mic comes through the left, and one through the right.
