SCII Error 120

I just got SCII PCI with tdm, installed last night but got a problems with the Mac. I can't load a big files. ( Yes, I can do this on my NuBus SCII with no probs )

What is error 120 mean is?
and how come my Mac 8500 sometimes won't recognize the SCII card installed.
